Steve and Mary captured my best friend’s wedding at the Canmore Nordic Centre this month. Their attention to detail was unmatched.They captured so many aspects of the day, including the little moments that we may not have caught until seeing it play back. Mary’s funny quips and ability to make everyone feel comfortable (even when doing silly dances) was appreciated. Steve was able to obtain the greatest shots from the “simplest” poses. They were also punctual, flexible with our lateness and provided the photos to us in a quick turnaround. I highly recommend Shuttersteve Photography & videography! We used them for our July 22, 2022 wedding in yyc. Steve & his wife Carmel are fabulous. They are professional, punctual, and incredibly talented. Their services are top notch at a very good price. We got their package that included a video and photos and let me tell you both are STUNNING! The video is such high quality all of our family and friends said it’s the best they’ve ever seen and we are so happy to have a memory like this to last a life time. They did a great job at staying out of the way during previous moments but capturing them flawlessly. The turn around time to get both our photos and video back was less than a week which was incredible considering the high quality. Overall, I would highly highly recommend their services!

We used Steve and Mary to capture our wedding video at 52 North Venue on July 22nd, 2023 in Sylvan Lake. We originally weren’t going to get a wedding video however decided that it was the biggest day of our life, we should have something and wow are we ever glad we did!!!! We could have not asked for a better memory of our day! Steve and Mary did such and incredible job capturing our day in an artistic way. They incorporated so much incredible footage of our day, made us all looked great and even incorporated our favourite song. They were so professional. Our video has brought out so many amazing emotions- when I sent it to my dad his response was “I cannot stop smiling” and that is how I feel every time we watch it. We could not be happier with Shutter Steve. Steve and Mary are the nicest and most hard working couple. They did both the photography and videography for our wedding in September and were professional and thorough. It wasn’t a great day weather wise and both Steve and Mary stayed out in the rain and cold with us until they were certain they got all the shots they needed. We were so pleased with the video and pictures and couldn’t believe that we had all of the pictures, and video back within a week of our wedding! Steve, Mary and their team were our photographers and videographers for our wedding in September 2023. They were amazing! They were on time, professional and made us feel very comfortable and not rushed at all. Our package included the same day edit and our guests RAVED about the video shown at the reception, which included highlights of us getting ready, first looks and the ceremony. Such high quality in such little time. We were all extremely impressed! Another wonderful perk was that our video and photos were ready in less than a week and they were BEAUTIFUL! Family and friends loved them as well. Can’t wait to create albums for our family and for ourselves. It will be difficult to pick our favourites. Wedding and prenup

Having a wedding in your life is so unforgettable, and with this eminent photographer made our day really special. Highly recommend and really had an outstanding outcome from prenup up to wedding day.

There is no better value videographer than Steve and Mary!! Videography was a last minute addition to our wedding plan and we're so lucky they were available for our two day wedding.

I still can't believe that we got a two person team who used multiple cameras and types of shots and delivered a beautifully edited highlight video within 7 days!!

They also mailed a USB with a 2-hour long version and all the raw footage to our address in the USA.

They worked well with our photographer (e.g. they would do the groomsmen while our photographer did the bridesmaids). They have a vision for specific shots and will tell you where to walk and how to move your head. We felt a little awkward at the time but the final footage looks so graceful when interspersed with a hundred candid moments.
